Icon Conference and Event Management Ltd have made arrangements with the Hyatt Regency and the Quadrant Hotel and has been given preferred room rates.

To qualify for these room rates, reservations need to be made through Icon Conference and Event Management Ltd. Accommodation, breakfast and extras should be paid directly to the hotel on departure.

Once a reservation has been made through Icon Conference and Event Management Ltd (see Contact Us). All changes and amendments to reservations will need to be notified to Icon or cancellation charges may apply.

Both Hotels are 5 minutes walk from the venue and are located next to each other beside the Auckland Campus
